Lumencora offers multiple lighting products with different specifications and functions. Features available on one product should not be assumed to apply to another product.

Pricing

Orders

Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery after dispatch is approximately 5–12 business days for the United States and approximately 7–15 business days for Canada and Australia.

Eligible orders of US$29 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Requests to change or cancel an order should be submitted to service@lumencora.com as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once processing, fulfillment, or shipment preparation has begun.

Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after an approved return has been received and inspected.

Product Use and Safety

Customers are responsible for reviewing and following product instructions, electrical specifications, warnings, maintenance guidance, and other safety information provided with the product or on the applicable product page.
