Track Your Order

Once your Lumencora order has been shipped, you will normally receive a shipping confirmation email containing available tracking information.

Tracking Updates

Tracking information may not appear immediately after a shipping label has been created or after a package has been transferred to the carrier.

Please allow reasonable time for the carrier's tracking system to update.

Tracking Has Not Updated

If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period or your package is significantly beyond the estimated delivery period, please contact service@lumencora.com.

Include your order number and the email address used when placing the order so that our team can review the available shipping information.

Package Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check the delivery area, household members, nearby safe locations, neighbors where appropriate, and any delivery notes provided by the carrier.

If you still cannot locate the package, contact our customer support team. We will review the available tracking information and help determine an appropriate next step.

Potentially Lost Packages

If a package appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us rather than relying solely on the carrier's tracking status.

We will review the circumstances and work with the relevant carrier or fulfillment partner where appropriate.
